•Support Snack insights leader to deliver commercial performance review by integrating offtake(Nielsen)/penetration(kwp)/brand tracking (Kantar) to drive business decision.
•Deliver adhoc project incl. communication test, campaign tracking following the guidance on Snack insights leader
•With around 5 years working experience in FMCG / consumer related industry with both agency side and in-house side, incl. market research agency
•Solid knowledge on quantitative & qualitative research methodology, incl. Nielsen/ KWP/Kantar brand tracking, Innovation test and Pricing methodology, digital/EC related tools (e.g. TMIC)
•Forward looking and can see the big picture and good at setting the agenda and right priorities of work
•Strong oral and communication skills required; good presentation skills
