1.根据公司经营发展规划以及市场要求，全面负责区域的生产制造管理工作。

According to the company’s business development plan and market needs, take responsibility of production management in assigned area.

2.负责区域内的EHS工作，包括识别危险源和隐患、制定各类EHS措施、确保EHS措施执行到位，以及不断发动员工进行EHS改善。

Responsible for EHS work in assigned areas, including hazardous source and risk identification, EHS measure set-up, EHS measure enforcement monitor, and continuously encouraging operators to make EHS improvement.

3. 负责保证区域的产品质量，包括制定质量保证措施、确保质量措施的有效性、参与团队项目提升质量绩效等。

Ensure the product quality in assigned area, including developing quality assurance measures, guaranteeing the effectiveness of quality measures and elevating quality KPIs through team working.

4.根据生产计划和销售订单组织协调资源，确保交付顺利进行。

Organize and coordinate all resources to ensure smooth delivery, according to production planning and sales order.

5.根据公司经营战略，制定生产制造预算和预测，根据销售预测对生产能力进行效率预测和估算，并制定相应的行动计划，如扩能投资和改进或更换项目。

Based on company operation strategy, make the production budget and forecast, and do the efficiency forecast and estimation for production capacity according to sales forecast, and make the related action planning such as capacity expansion investment and improvement or replacement projects.

6.采用精益思维和方法，以现场为核心，领导、参与或支持所有的改善项目；从而提升安全、质量、交付、成本等关键绩效指标。

Adopt Lean concept and method, focus on Gemba, Lead, participate or give full support to all production improvement projects. Thus, elevate KPI figures for safety, quality, delivery and cost.

7.领导交办的其他任务。

资质要求Qualification

1.3年及以上制造业内生产制造管理经验，具有冲压、钎焊工序管理经验优先考虑

3 years+ production management experience in the manufacturing industry, Press, brazing process management experience preferred.

2.熟悉基本的生产管理控制指标；掌握ISO9000质量体系对生产，维修，工艺相关工作的要求，并按照体系要求执行

Familiar basic production management indicators. Be familiar with ISO9000 and be able to use for manufactureing、maintenance and production process.

3.熟悉EHS体系要求，有在具备完备EHS体系的公司服务的经验

Familiar with EHS system requirement. Have experience of serving the company of comprehensive EHS system.

3.熟悉机械设计加工原理及部件组装原理

Be familiar with mechanic design and manufacturing technologies and assembly technologies

4.流程化思维，结果导向;设定优先级，确定目标，赋予责任，计划工作，以便按时准确地取得成果。

Good mindset of process and result orientated;Set priorities, define objective, give responsibility, and plan work so that results are achieved on time and in accurate manner.

5.能够清晰，简洁，明确进行有效的口头及书面交流,具有创新意识。

Communicate clearly, concisely and understandably with different audiences using effective oral or written formats, be innovative.

6. 具有精益生产知识和经验者优先考虑

LEAN production mythology and hands-on experience is preferred.

7.具有优秀的英语能力者优先考虑。

Excellent English ability is preferred.
