•Work closely with Category, Insight, Strategy, Ops teams to drive China innovation strategy and pipeline development for STAX

•Build effective working relationship with partners within R&D and with other non-R&D project stakeholders.

•Provide creative innovation solutions to meet project objectives. Drive effective communication to move projects forward and deliver technical milestones on time.

•Work closely with Manufacturing and GP to identify key DTV opportunities and provide technical support to achieve DTV goals.

•Develop PEP+ roadmap for sodium reduction and lead technical assessment and execution

•Build STAX CoE hub with the new pilot scale line; Develop innovation playbook and Share the learning across the regions.

•Lead a team, develop people and build functional expertise.

•Bachelor degree or above in food science, food engineering or adjacent subjects.

•> 8 years working experience of product development in food manufacturing or adjacent business in multinational Food Company.

•Fluent communication skill including writing and speaking both in Chinese and English

•Agility on critical thinking, stakeholder management, flexibility and thinking out-of-box.
