1) Manage quality claims with suppliers for BBM purchasing parts after SOP;
1) 负责零件SOP后的投诉处理和供应商质量管理;
2) Ensure short-term delivery solutions to maintain production and customer schedules during claim-related disruptions;
2) 制定并执行围堵措施,确保质量问题发生时的生产和客户短期交付;
3) Drive sustainable problem-solving initiatives using appropriate quality methods, and lead quality discussions with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams;
3) 主导供应商及内部各部门的质量讨论,使用适当质量工具解决问题;
4) Achieve reimbursement of quality-related non-conformity costs caused by supplier deviations;
4) 对供应商导致的质量投诉进行失效索赔;
5) Develop and implement effective incoming inspection strategies to ensure consistent quality assurance;
5) 制定零件进货检验的质量管控策略;
6) Monitor key quality performance, conduct escalations when necessary;
6) 监控关键质量指标,必要时发起内部升级;
7) Leverage lessons learned to drive preventive measures and push for their implementation in new projects.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or above, majored in science or engineering
理工科类专业,本科以上学历
Work Experience:
More than 3 years’ experience with quality management or supplier quality
三年以上质量管理或者供应商管理的经验
Knowledge/ Skills:
1) Proficient in 1 or more structured problem-solving methodologies; 精通1种或多种问题解决方法;
2) Knowledge of quality core tools; 了解质量核心工具;
3) Knowledge of technical drawing and GD&T. 工程识图和形位公差知识。
