Leads for End-to-End pkg development for IMPORT Projects under Nutrition category.
Support Nutrition Innovation OR Brand maintenance activities.
As packaging engineer in projects, supported by line manager, to co-work with cross function team to lead the pkg development for Import and Export projects from GCR for both snack and Nutrition category.
– Be responsible to provide packaging recommendations and solutions as packaging key contributor in the taskforce;
– Work together with internal and external cross function team to ensure packaging development finished within planned timelines and budget;
- Lead plant trials to verify the pkg proposals and issue the pkg technical documentation (spec, Technical drawing, Packing way and BOM) to support project execution.
Supporting innovation activities of exploring advance packaging materials, formats and process technology to drive innovation goals for Nutrition category
– Work with line manager to initiate some packaging proposals, ensuring actions being delivered within planned timeline, and productivity target being met;
– Search, evaluate, validate and provide sound recommendations on materials, formats and packaging process development, with the aim of driving innovation and growth agenda;
• Partner with cross-functional business teams to ensure smooth execution of packaging routine work and drive commercialization success.
