KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES 主要职责:

·        Responsible for coordinating sourcing needs for new product development projects, including completion of supplier selection & management, regularly reporting material costs and defining final material logistics. Acts as liaison for all sourcing activities to make the project transfer process more relevant. 负责协调新产品开发项目的采购需求，包括供应商选择和管理，定期报告材料成本，确定最终材料物流。并作为采购活动的联络人，负责对转移项目的流程更具有成效。

Drive First Article deliveries, ensure closure in a timely fashion推动首件交货，确保及时关闭

Build the bridge between Stryker and supplier technical personnel to ensure Design for Manufacturability/Assembly considerations are incorporated into new products.作为史赛克和供应商之间的桥梁，确保设计的可制造性、可装配性被充分评估并整合到新产品的设计中。

·        Customer Experience客户体验:

Ensure accurate BOM maintenance, cost tracking确保物料清单的准确性并追踪成本。

Coordinate timely and accurate delivery of engineering builds, prototypes, FAI and V&V material 协调原材料及时准确发货，以支持工程样件，原型样件，首件及功能测试样件的生产。

Coordinate supply chain activities between R&D and Strategic Sourcing through the new product development cycle.在新产品开发阶段，在研发团队和战略采购团队间协调供应链活动。

·        Financial Results财务绩效:

Coordinate with key stakeholders through forecasting, NPD, Quality performance to drive and govern the supplier’s cost effectiveness 协调内部关键用户，通过需求预测、新项目、质量表现等途径推动并管理供应商成本有效性

Communicate complete product costs versus target costs, maintain design and process change highlights to costs.负责沟通产品成本与目标成本的差异，并把设计变更、制程变更与产品成本相联系。

Engage Sourcing Engineer, Strategic Sourcing and/or design teams for continuously cost optimization.与采购工程师，战略采购和设计团队持续进行成本优化。

·        Innovation创新:

Investigate, analyze and develop new suppliers to bring a world class medical device supply base to the organization.调查，分析和开发新的供应商，为集团开发世界级的医疗设备供应基地。

Partner with suppliers to ensure the latest technological innovations are incorporated into our product and process designs.与供应商紧密合作，确保我们的产品设计及加工工艺已经融合了最前沿的技术创新。

·        People Development人才发展:

Builds constructive relationships with cross-functional teams to produce reliable and consistent deliverables from suppliers.与跨职能团队建立积极关系，确保供应商持续稳定提供可交付成果。

Builds engaging networks within Sourcing and Operations.与供应商开发及运营团队建立积极合作网络。

·        Ownership of overall supplier performance improvement (Quality, Cost, TTM) by commodities对所管理产品的供应商整体绩效改进负责（质量，成本，时效）。

·        Lead PPV initiatives to deliver cost reductions 积极主导成本降低。

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE经验要求：

·        5+ years’ experience in supply chain and/or project management roles. 5年以上供应链管理或项目管理经验。

·        Broad and in-depth knowledge of good manufacturing practices and industry standard.对生产实践知识和行业标准具有深刻的了解。

·        Previous experience with a variety of manufacturing processes. 有各种制造工艺的经验。

·        Must possess presentation skills & ability to influence peers. 必须具有演讲技巧，在合作伙伴间有一定的影响力。

·        Must possess very strong and proven verbal and written communication skills. 必须具备娴熟的口头及书面沟通技能。

EDUCATION教育背景：

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related curriculum.商业或工程相关专业学士学位。

·        Candidate holds MBA degree or has recognizable oversea working experience will be preferred as justifications for seniority.拥有MBA学位或海外工作经验的候选人可作为资深对象优选。
