•Support new products prototyping, stability and PP trial run under product development stage.

•Support lab management (RM/FG stock management, place PO/PR for RM ordering and others)

•Lab equipment operating (Mainly seasoning coating drum & packing)

•1. Lab work: benchtop to pilot plant scale sample prototyping , RM preparation, ingredients ordering and handling, FG product shelf- life study and samples analytical testing

•2.Lab regular RM and finish goods stock management: tracking the RM stock (base chips, seasoning and others ), handling warehouse In and out of storage and finish goods samples management

•3. Lab budget management: including Capex system handling and place PO/PR

•4.Lab equipment management: arrange regular and urgency maintenance with supplier (Constant temperature and humidity chamber, fridge, mixer, sheeter and small frier). 

•Efficient communication skill when working with technical project manager, Sensory team and other departments to support the project execution

•Basic knowledge about the adjacent technical functions include but not limited to ingredients nutrition and formula.

•Independently handle lab management (RM stock, FG stock and equipment maintenance)

•Independently handle RM ordering and PO in myBUY system
