Real Estate Operations
- have a general understanding of the location real estate market, including trends, opportunities, and risks
- knowledge of the life cycle of property, from acquisition to disposal, and should be able to advise clients on potential opportunities and best practices
- have basic financial analysis skills and be able to manage OPEX budgets effectively related to clients’ portfolio, including rents, government rates or another ad-hoc OPEX.
- understand how to review, analyze, and interpret financial templates to enable informed decision-making.
- support PM team to manage real estate transactions efficiently. This includes negotiating leases and lease amendments, acquiring new properties, disposing of surplus properties, and ensuring adherence to client-driven priorities and commitments.
Account Management:
- prioritize the needs and interests of clients above all else
- maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients and colleagues – Network of CBRE brokers, CBRE EM Hub team, Data Management Team, Project Management Team, Facility Management Team, and Finance/Accounting Team.
- Ability to manage, review, and abstract contractual terms from property related documentation. Ability to analyze and optimize operational processes, maximizing efficiency within account portfolio.
- Support PM Admin Lead to consolidate, review, and report account portfolio data.
Effective Execution
- work closely with other business functions, including the project management, facility management, and finance/accounting teams.
- have good communication skills, being able to effectively convey information and advice to clients and stakeholders. They should be comfortable writing and speaking in English.
- excellent prioritization skills, being able to manage multiple projects and adjust to changes in the environment.

• Relevant educational background or at least 8 years’ of related working experience.
• Excellent understanding of experience in real estate and leasing in the commercial field.
• Proven experience in working with multiple resources on multiple projects and assignments.
• Ability to develop strong customer relationships.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Driven and hardworking with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
