职位描述

Position Summary

This position develop value proposition, evidence, message and toolkit, to realize value impact, and support commercial and access needs, and maximize patient access for products in China and relevant Asian markets. 

Key Responsibilities

 

l Design value proposition

a)     Design product value proposition based on collaboration and alignment with cross-functional colleagues

b)     Develop long-term value strategy and evidence plan for pipeline and on market products based on the understanding of external HTA dynamic and China policy environment

l Generate value evidence

a)     Design and implement relevant health economics and outcomes studies, including CEA, disease burden study, and epidemiological analyses if needed, or leverage RWD, to generate necessary evidence aligned with value proposition

b)     The evidence generation should meet the product launch, and pricing and reimbursement timeline to support product commercial and access objectives

l Develop value pack and message

a)     Prepare value pack including DA, dossier, and etc. leveraging the evidence generated to reflect the product value

b)     Develop value messages for various stakeholders including physicians, payers, hospital management, pharmacists, etc.

l Generate value impact

a)     Timely publish research results through conferences, journals or other platforms

b)     Engage internal/external stakeholders including HE experts and HTA platforms to recognize and advocate for the product value

c)      Provide necessary HEOR training internally and externally

l Support other commercial and access needs

a)     Offer HE perspectives and expertise to support value based pricing, market access strategy development or policy shaping needs

b)     Proactively work with relevant HTA bodies, professional societies, and key opinion leaders to shape the HTA environment

 

任职条件

l At least Master degree in HEOR, public health or economics, or statistics. PhD in such areas is preferred

l 5-year plus of HEOR in pharmaceutical companies 

l Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing product-specific value strategies and generating value evidence for new product launch, NRDL listing, and other commercial and access needs

l Strong knowledge of China market access environment, knowledge of other Asia markets desirable 

l Excellent oral and written skills; strong presentation and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

l Cross-country, regional, and global experience desirable 

l Fluency in Chinese and English, additional language desirable 

l Travel Frequency:25%-50%
