职位描述

Job Summary:

Smooth new product introduction within resources limit provided by company to grow biz and continuous improvement.


Job Responsibility:

公司新项目资源规划与预算及控制                                               

1. Review project investment and feasibility, as well as CER/CIT approval

2. Review and allocate project management resource needed, assign Project leader for specific projects

3. Make annual or/and periodically required planning and budget for new projects

部门日常行政管理

1. Get company policy well communicated within and between department and company management

2. Make department policy and get it implemented and controlled

3. Administrative management to department staff

4. Signature and approval within authorized limit

5. Other departmental administrative affairs, such us meetings and biz trip etc.          

新项目导入管理

1. Quote product mfg. cost to customer within defined days with reasonable and competitive pricing.

2. Proactively review and optimize cost to strive for project realization

3. Form project team, lead team complete design and engineering review, communicate with PEs needed to ensure product is manufacture-friendly.

4. Coordinate to get purchasing screen and select supplier to tooling up, ensure tooling up meets product introduction schedule.

5. Host kick-off meeting to communicate product introduction related requirement well to team, make project timeline and follow up timeline timely so that team member are all on same page to get it done. Call project review meeting as needed.

7.Lead team confirm conceptual design of the tool to make sure tool is mass production friendly. Communicate with PE as needed.

8. Coordinate sample make and malt preparation for pilot run, release PR for brand-new malt/components.

9. Coordinate FAA sample make, and engineering sample make, sample submission and malt/components preparation.

10. Submit FAA sample to PE together with FSR report, follow up with PE for FTAR approval.

11. Coordinate organizing Pilot run to make sure the product is massive production friendly.

12. Organize project closure for a smooth project hand-over

13. File project documents on a timely basis to make sure project documents is well documented

14. When needed, coordinate within the team to solve conflicts and build up team spirits.

 1. Communicate with sister departments as needed to make sure project management and project department work in place.

2. Thinking bigger, support sister departments to ensure they are in line with company interests.

客户服务&关系                                                                                                                         

1. Understand and respect customer work style and culture differences to maintain effective communication.

2. Accurately estimate and manage customer expectations, try best to satisfy customers and build up a good working image.

3. Coordinate customer visits to fit with his/her schedule.           

部门人才培养与管理                                                                                                                  

1. Design and develop talent development and training plan, work with HR Dept to get the plan implemented.

2. Plan and allocate work loading for department staff

3. Understand staff working status and make communication with them as needed."      

直接下属工作指导与管理

1. Provide working guidance, appraisal, supervision and management to subordinates

2. Provide subordinates with resources and coordination as needed."          

公司流程优化与持续改善                                                                       

 1. Make and improve department procedure to fit with company-wide process optimization for more clearly defined responsibility and rights.

2. Find and proactively be involved in fixing a process that does not in line with company development.


任职条件

Job Requirements

1.     Bachelor’s degree: a science or Engineering background is preferred                       

2.     Min. 10 years working experience with Min. 5years project management and Min 3~5 years on dept management

3.Integrity; leadership, communication; team spirit; Business acumen.
