BASIC JOB FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILITIES：

基本工作职能/职责：

- Assist Logistics manager to implement and continuously improving EHS programs in Moen plant to achieve related EHS goals and full compliance with all applicable laws & regulations.

辅助物流经理持续推进EHS相关项目, 达成摩恩相关EHS目标指标和法律法规要求. 

- Organize training programs to improve employee's environmental and safety awareness、occupational health behaviors etc. 

通过组织、开展培训等项目提高员工的环境相关、安全及职业健康意识、行为.

- Organize regular check to discover potential risks relate to environmental/ safety/ occupational health, work together with respective departments to work out and implement the corrective and preventive actions.

通过组织日常巡查发现潜在的风险问题,与责任部门一起制定、实施相应的纠正预防措施.

- Identify areas of improvement in all areas of environmental, safety, health and security and create plans to execute the improvements. 

发现并实施持续改善计划, 涵盖环境保护/安全生产/职业健康/安保四个方面.

- Take part in incident investigating, analyzing, handling and reporting and follow up the corrective and preventive actions.

参与事故调查、分析、处理和报告和纠正和预防措施的跟踪.

- Implement EHS management systems, collect and record environmental/safety/occupational health related information and data.

推进实施EHS管理体系，收集整理环保、安全、职业健康相关文件记录和数据.

- Coordinate internal and external EHS related audit, follow up corrections implementation status of audit findings.

协调内部与外部EHS相关审核，跟进各项EHS审核后发现项的整改完成情况.

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. This includes medical files, personnel records as needed, etc. 

谨慎保管好敏感和保密信息, 例如员工医疗信息,个人资料等.

- Perform other duties as required.

完成其他交付的工作事宜。

QUALIFICATIONS：

资格：

- Bachelor degree, major in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc. would be preferred. 

本科学历，安全工程、环境工程、机械工程、电气工程类专业优先。

- 2 years relevant experiences or above is preferred  

  2年及以上EHS相关经验

- Good oral & written English

良好的英语口语和书面表达能力

- Hard-working, can work under high pressure, demonstrated success in handling multiple priorities.

工作认真，能够在高压力环境下工作

- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. 

  良好的团队协作能力
