Job Summary/Purposes:

 

The incumbent is responsible for managing budget, planning and management controlling activities to meet the Company business needs and targets as well as to support the management for retail network performance review/controlling and integrating commercial projects.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Data Analysis & Reporting:

Collaborate with cross functions to collect and analyze sales data, inventory levels, supply chain logistics, customer traffic and behavior patterns to identify trends, opportunities, and operating efficiency.

·      Market Insight: 

Collect and share industry insight, market trend and competitive activations.

·      Performance Metrics:

Develop and monitor KPI tracking. Create reports for routine evaluation of performance achievement in a timely and accurate manner.

·      Forecasting:

Analyze and forecast sales, inventory coverage and manpower sufficiency.

·      Collaborative Projects:

Support Retail Director to collaborate and liaise with cross departments on project planning and execution.

·      Business Recommendations:

Provide actionable insight and recommendation to enhance topline performance, profitability and overall store efficiency. Prepare feasibility studies and business plans on retail business opportunities to support management decisions on various store projects.

·      Business Tool Implementation:

Assist in the adoption and implementation of new analytics tools. Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.

·      Communication:

Communicate business findings and insights to stakeholders and management with clear, impactful reports and presentations.

·      Budget Control:

Plan, monitor and control brand expenses (corporate and stores) according to finance guidelines and procedures.

任职条件

Requirements

·      Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.

·      Minimum 7 years related working experience preferably gained from luxury industry.

·      Knowledge of retail activity and sensitivity to luxury business.

·      Solid experience in working with senior management and cross functional teams.

·      Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

·      Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
