Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the annual trade marketing plan
- Plan and execute annual promotion plan(e.g., seasonal promotions, retailer-specific programs), according to marketing calendar.
- Promotion resources allocation at store level, collect feedback from frontline and distribute to counters.
- Track ROl of each promotional activity investment, analyze performance data, and optimize plans.
- Track competitor promotions and trade marketing activities to identify market opportunities.
2. POSM Design & Production
- In-store display tools (posters, tester trays…).
- GWP & promotional items (design, production, logistics).
- Work closely with designers and production to ensure materials meet brand standards, budget target and deadlines.
- Manage the inventory and distribution of POSM.
3. Communication window
- Communicate actively with frontline team, understand their needs and offer support.
- Contact window of the mall landlord (SKP, Intime, etc), conduct business review & client joint plan accordingly.
- Coordinate cross function (sales/MKT/FIN etc.) teams to enable business planning,
4. Related budget and FCST management
5. Support line manager to deliver data analysis as needed, Support assigned temporary tasks and projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, at least 1 years trade marketing relevant experience in beauty brand or luxury brand
- Detail-oriented, responsible, strong learning ability, and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation and passionate of beauty industry
- Fluent English in both written and spoken
- Professional in Excel and PPT
