1. Develop medical strategy and action plans for products/indications under charge.
2. Ensure medical leadership in generating brand strategy and brand action plan on defined products or therapeutic area, provide strategic and valuable medical analysis in brand strategy developing.
3. Execute medical plans with high quality and medical initiatives to facilitate brand development.
4. Responsible for pre-launch data generation activities, including company-initiated studies, investigator-initiated studies, and develop related publication plans.
5. Leverage the medical expertise in defined therapeutic area to identify the opportunities in life cycle management, participate in the key projects of product life cycle management process.
6. Work as a key medical contact person to lead cross-functional communications and alignments, as well as participate in global communication.
7. Beside ensuring the proper medical governance, provide the medical compliance strategic advice to business partners.
l Master’s degree or higher in clinical medicine or pharmacology or medicine relevant
l A minimum of 5-8 years’ medical experience in pharmaceutical industry experience, prefer with at least 3-5 years’ medical affairs experience
l Strong knowledge in immunology therapeutic area
l Deep understanding of clinical trial design and rationale
l Fluent English in literature reading, medical writing, and oral communication
l Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
l Strategic thinking and business insights
l Project management
l Capability of using professional office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
