The Purpose Of The Job

Plan, direct and monitor the activities of sales team within the specified geography, product line and achieve established sales targets.计划、指导和监督销售团队在所属区域的业务开展以达到销售目标。


More about the role

 1.    Develop and implement regional sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets(including channel development goals).

制定和实现区域战略和目标(含渠道开发目标)

2.    Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

监控和分析市场趋势,客户需求及竞品动态,寻找增长机会

3.    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.

与主要客户,利益相关方,合作伙伴建立和保持良好的关系

4.    Manage and develop a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve regional goals.

带领(含辅导),支持团队成员很好的完成目标

5.    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

严格遵守公司相关政策,制度及法规;

6.    Monitor and report on regional performance, including sales, expenses, and customer satisfaction.

监控和报告区域业绩(包括业绩,费用及用户满意度)

7.    Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy.

跨部门合作,例如:市场部,运营部,确保协调和协同

8.    Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.

对团队成员提供定期的辅导,反馈,评估。

9.    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, organize regional brand seminar or training regularly .      

代表公司参加行业活动,会议,和定期举办区域品牌培训和研讨会

10. Submit weekly report, monthly report on time.

准时提交周报表和月度报表

11. Other work assigned by supervisor

任职条件

1.Bachelor degree in medicine science or related 本科以上学历,医学或相关专业

2.Above 10 years sales experience and at least 3 years in sales management 10年以上销售工作经验,至少三年以上销售管理经验

3.Sales experience with Class III medical devices and ENT department resources preferred. 有三类医疗器械的销售经验,有耳鼻喉科室资源优先。

4.Excellent dealer management and prospecting skills 优秀的经销商管理和开拓能力

5.Team management团队管理能力
