1. PO follow up for shipments and ensure timely warehousing

2. Deal with all kinds of unexpected problems in import/production process

3. Organize and lead monthly POSM Meeting with Brand team to share up-to-date information such as coming supply, launch time, promotion, stock situation, etc.

4. Partner with HQ to ensure timely production and delivery of POSM materials

5. Assist in supply planning and inventory management for select finished goods

6. Keep KPIs above target

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. 1-2 years of experience as a demand planner in a consumer goods company

3. Strong data analysis skills / Strong communication skills/Self-motivated and good team spirit/Market trend analysis

4. Logical thinking and strong data sensitivity

5. Basic knowledge of SAP and other systems

6. Good computer skills, especially for Excel

7. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

8. Fluent in English (both oral & written)
