1.To implement HR policy and HR systems framework as directed by superior whilst maintaining good associate relations.
以酒店人力资源政策及人力资源系统构架为指导,协助完成各项事务的同时处理好与酒店员工的关系。
2. Responsible for promptly posting all open position son recruitment channels, making sure the advertisement content meets brand standards and the relevant positions.
负责将所有空缺岗位及时发布到招聘渠道,并且招聘相关广告符合集团及岗位要求。
3.Travel and participate in site inspections, executing recruitment activities in schools, colleges, and universities.
需出差并参与对职业技术学校、学院、高等院校的考察、招聘活动甚至相应的宣讲授课。
4.Manage well all candidates’ resumes and persona information, proactively establishing an effective system which effectively reports recruitment activities.
妥善管理候选人简历及个人信息,能够主动建立有效的系统来管理日常的招聘活动。
5.Give candidates timely feedback and clearly communicate to them the onboarding requirements, assisting in the onboarding and check-in process.
给与候选人及时的面试反馈,对于确认的候选人清楚地沟通报到须知,并协助他们的入职安排。
6.Behave professionally and maintain the hotel and brand reputation.
对外展现积极专业的酒店品牌形象与个人素质,努力利用招聘相关资源推广酒店及品牌。
7.Be involved in campus agreements, recruitmentplatform agreements, outsourcing contracts, and all other agency agreement approval processes, monitoring service quality during the contract period.
参与校企合作协议、网络招聘协议、其他人力中介机构或劳务外包合作单位等相关合同条款的审核,必要时候进行资质审查并提供个人专业建议,监管合同执行情况及实际服务质量、以及相关用工的审核及付款事宜。
