1. Handle with the customer service from domestic and oversea for GMC motor products.
2. Communicate with customers politely and reasonably to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Cooperate with company relevant functions for quality accidents in after-sales services and supervise the responsible departments to implement correct measures.
4. Responsible for resolving customers’ complaints.
5. Check spare parts, repair parts and service prices to ensure precision of non-conformance cost after delivery.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader carefully.
1. Have a good fault analysis capability and trouble shooting experience;
2. Professional customer communication skills and presentation skills;
3. Quality awareness and basic commercial know-how;
4. Major in Mechanical or related, bachelor or above degree;
5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
6. More than three years experience of relevant experience is preferred.
