Scopeand General Purpose of Job:

协助确保嘉宾轩的有效运行

Toassist in the smooth and efficient running of the Regency Club Departmentwithin the Rooms Division.

保管嘉宾轩的日志。

Maintainsthe Regency Club Daily Log Book.

及时提交所有客人/ 员工事故报告。

Submitsall guest / associate incident reports.

根据酒店的“失物招领”处理程序处理所有“失物招领”物品。

Handlesand reports “Lost and Found” items according to Hotel’s “Lost and Found”procedure.

确保所有管理层需要的报告都按照已定的程序被准确完成及处理。

Ensuresall reports required by the authority are accurately completed and handledaccording to the set procedures.  

协助嘉宾轩副理确保根据经营理念嘉宾轩酒廊进行高效的管理。

Assistthe Assistant Manager ensuring that Regency Club Lounge is managed efficientlyaccording to the established concept statements.

协助并且督导嘉宾轩酒廊的服务、食品和酒水标准。与餐饮部和相应的厨师长共同为保证质量采取正确的行动。

Toassist and monitor service and Food and Beverage standards in Regency Club.Work with the F & B department and Chef to take corrective action wherenecessary.

经常性检查嘉宾轩内的食品和酒水，对食品和酒水质量要严格甚至苛刻的把关。

Frequentlytest Food and Beverage in Regency Club and be demanding and critical when itcomes to Food and Beverage quality.

任职资格：

Qualification:

领导能力，培训能力和人际交往能力。

Leadership skills, training skills and interpersonal skills.

很强的交流沟通能力。

Excellent communication skills .

熟练的计算机能力并熟悉办公软件系统。

Excellent computer skills Microsoft office and related system.

大专以上学历

College degree above.

2年以上国际酒店工作经验，1年以上同岗位经验就职经验。

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an International 5-star hotel and 1years’ experience in a similar position in.
