Job Description Summary


Optimize the technical and economic performance of the in service fleet in the areas of Operational Reliability, Aircraft availability, Maintenance Economics and Fuel Efficiency.



Job Description


Accountabilities


  • Fleet performance monitoring and support highest customer satisfaction in China
  • Preparation of fleet performance synthesis for Airline meeting (TRM/SMM) for local operator and for all programs​Performing in-situ technical investigation,
  • Promote fleet performance tools/support, providing relevant technical information using all Customer Services appropriate means or media
  • Providing assessed engineering & maintenance support to ensure the safe, reliable and cost effective operations in China
  • Support new program EIS & new customer EIS with a close link to SBx program, as a transverse function in Airbus China customer service   
  • Evaluate Airlines and MRO’s maintenance and engineering practices and identify areas to be enhanced in term of safety, organizational efficiency, quality and technical capacities


任职条件

Qualifications


  • Graduated in aeronautical studies or aircraft systems.

Technical knowledge: 


  • Experience in airline maintenance & engineering activities on Airbus A/C (preferably on A320, A330 and A350 family)
  • CAAC Certifying staff level II (or equivalent) Qualified (Airframe or Avionics or equivalent (EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 minimum))
  • Knowledge of airline engineering and Hangar Maintenance 
  • Knowledge of CAAC Regulation (minimum CCAR121, CCAR145 and CCAR66), FAA/EASA is a plus.
  • Knowledge about airlines’ organization and operation
  • Good knowledge of customer needs in terms of maintenance & engineering operational activities

Professional skills:


  • Excellent presentation skills to conduct training in a professional way
  • Chinese language (native)
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Experienced in working with Electronic Data Processing systems.
  • Capable of strongly defending Airbus Customer Services and customers' interests in front of third parties

Behavioural requests:


  • Keen on extensive travelling within P. R. China and worldwide
  • Accept regional local stays in all China up to a duration of 6 months 
  • Experience in technical service/support field is a plus
  • Able to work in a different culture environment
  • Highly concerned by customer services and service minded. 
  • Good coordination and relational skills to deal with authorities, customers, vendors and other Airbus departments.
  • Tenacious, responsible, adaptable and flexible
