•Education & Certification: Bachelor degree or above in technical engineering, additional advantage with involving international environment.

•Language / Ethnicity: good English, both speaking & writing; Chinese nationality preferred

•Desired Experience /Business skills & abilities: More than 10 manufacturing process or machine experience, mini. 5 years in management role

•Solid experience in lean manufacturing process, quality & automation machine design

•Ability to work independently and with flexible hour – global coordination
