JD DS MKT Assistant Manager

Responsible for JDDS MKT, serve for overall JDDS offtake and sell-in achievement.

What will be your key responsibilities?

1.     Take charge of ANP management, ensure investment efficiency to help to drive business growth in sustainable and profitable ways.

2.     Manage JD in-site/out-site media investment through working with agencies, improve CPC, ROI, new purchasing rate and other KPIs.

3.     Coordinate with CMKT on brand campaigns, joint-category activities, etc. Follow up/execute in planning/designing/execution/reviewing stage.

4.     JDDS CRM operation and management.

5.     Co-work with JDDS operation team on daily execution, resources application, etc.

6.     Data analysis and insights on traffic, consumers, products, trends, etc.

7.     Lead or join e-marketing related projects.

8.     Other e-marketing related matters.

1.     2~3 years FMCG experience, Pet/Infant/Cosmetic will be preferred.

2.     Be capable of e-commerce marketing management, JDDS related experience is preferred.

3.     Strong business sense on traffic, consumers, products, trends, etc.

4.     Skillful agency management and platform negotiation capability.

5.     Strategic thinking and learning agilities.

6.     Be proactive and driving for result.

7.     English skill would be preferred.
