1. Establish and maintain the strong relationship with KA channels, includes COSCO, INTIME, TIANHONG, FIONA and RT-MART and so on). Ensure the goals of sales target achievement and profitability.
2. Ensure timely and successfully delivery of channel demands and services according to customer needs and requirements.
3. Develop and evaluate new business opportunities at exiting and new accounts, covert into new sales following business participation strategy in the assigned territory and market.
4. Monitor industry trends, market potentials, competitive intelligence, and feed back to the team.
5. Implementation of business processes and sales tools on forecasting, pricing, opportunities. Providing sales report by monthly basis.
6. Work collaboratively with peers and management to ensure personal and company sales targets and performance measures are achieved and team-based culture fostered.
7. Wisely negotiate with KA channels, ensure get sufficient resources to boost sales. Thinks of every approach to mitigate the gap in case of some channel can not catch up the sales target.
1. Bachelor’s degree and above, 5-8 years of sales, account or business management, or cosmetic background experience in an international company.
2. Knowledge of the cosmetic and marketing is preferred.
3. Be able to work independently and be a good team player, demonstrated respect for people,
4. Good interpersonal and communication abilities to strongly influence others internally and externally.
5. Demonstrate ability to analyze date points and have a solution driven mindset.
