Job Description:
1. Assist in the daily operation of Client Relation Center:
1) Responsible for the background system management of the internal communication tool, including but not limited to: compile training material, design the cover image of the article, classify and upload test papers, publish research tasks, organize online event and competitions, design reward mechanism and regularly export user usage data from the background system for analysis
2) Record the daily use of the training tool, communicate with the vendor if problems are found, then track the solving progress
3) Help organize team building activities, including but not limited to dinner parties, birthday parties, etc
2. Other administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms and arranging training sites
Requirements:
1) At least 6 months of internship,5 days/week
2) Have basic picture design and processing ability, better with experience in PS
3) Have a basic understanding of luxury industry, related internship experience is preferred
4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, PPT, Excel
5) Good written English skill
6) Detail-oriented, responsible
