Job Summary: EA Create APAC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. This role is important in ensuring our Studio operational success, by defining and managing processes across several departments. You have a background in operations management, in building and growing talent, and experience with the gaming industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Your work will involve managing our daily Studio operations to ensure efficient workflows, while developing operational strategies that align with EA Create APAC's goals.
- You will partner with the Create Resource Management Organization (RMO) to support wider Create processes and projects.
- You will work with a diverse group of teams (such as Finance, Workplace, Talent Acquisition, and People Practices) to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- You will manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- You will manage projects to enhance our game partner's satisfaction and engagement.
- You will also manage Studio scalability processes for contingent resourcing and 3rd party vendors (in partnership with External Development).
