1. Responsible for end-to-end product marketing and digital communication:
• Set up product mid-term business vision with clear building block direction.
• Develop consumer-persuasive product story in competitive and dynamic market.
• Build product omni-channel business model through clear assortment strategy in different channel, product promo-guideline, clarifying channel working, non-working learnings, defining channel deployment priority together with Consumer Excellence Team, CRM team, EC teams and Retail team.
• Define efficient media and social strategy on annual planning prospective and on campaign focus points.
• Responsible on budget planning and securing accurate expense.
• Responsible on product registration, product FCST and channel product supply allocation.
2. Drive cross-function synergy to deliver business result:
• Campaign IMC planning with clear campaign winning points from communication to channel deployment.
• Cascading project priority, clear resource expectation based on business needs.
• Develop consumer communication material or program with Consumer Excellence team and EC team, incl. sampling and product presentation materials, product educational materials, face-to-face engagement with tier 1-2 platform livestreamers, KOLs, business partners etc.
3. Regular business tracking and review for in-time and tangible action adjustment for business improvement
4. Develop franchise assets not limited to product asset, service asset, communication assets to omni-channel touchpoints.
5. Collaborate with Global Team on new product development and facilitate Global and Local communication on China market trend movements, competition, consumer insight etc.
6. Cooperate with PR on celebrity management, incl. asset production, asset release, Fans economy etc.
• Product marketing, Integrated communication campaign experience.
• Strong project management and campaign management skill, multi-task management, learning agility, business rigorous.
• Strategic thinking with can-do attitude, excellent influence skill and people management skill.
• Proficient in English (verbal/ written) and Microsoft office.
• Bachelor degree or above .
• 5+ years working experience in marketing/communication related background.
• Product to Digital end-to-end experience is a plus.
• Resilient, open-minded, self-driven.
