Primary Function:
Serve as the compliance business partner for multiple functions/units within the GCR Organization mainly commercial; coordinate and support the localization of key global compliance initiatives; develop and lead critical GCR compliance programs; and actively collaborate with the wider GCR Legal, E&C team to foster continuous development and success.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Act as compliance business partner for multiple functions/units of GCR organization mainly commercial, to development and implement compliance strategy and solution for internal stakeholders and business units, and provide consultancy and guidance on specific issues, and conduct tailor-made training and communization to target group audience, and review and approve important events/projects on a daily basis.
- In accordance with global compliance goals, to coordinate with global legal, E&C team as well as GCR stakeholders to ensure smooth localization of crucial global compliance initiatives.
- In accordance with GCR compliance goal and instruction from the line manager, to develop and lead crucial GCR compliance initiatives.
- With high team spirit and collaboration ability to actively cooperate with the rest of GCR Legal, E&C team and continuously contribute to team development and success, including accepting the working area rotation arrangements or taking ad hoc tasks assigned by line manage, sharing know-how and experience with other team members in daily work, advising and participating in initiatives responsible by other team members, providing constructive suggestion in terms of development/evolvement of global and GCR E&C team, etc.
