1) 管理VIP客户、特殊渠道、转批体系 VIP、wholesaler structure management
a) 分配各经销商、各担当销售指标/Distribute sales target by channel by distributor
a) 提供精准销售预测/ Provide accurate sales forecast
b) 销售指标及执行谈判/ Negotiate sales target and execution plan
c) 合同谈判及跟进/ Negotiate contract and follow up
d) 新产品商谈/ Negotiate new SKU
e) 配合市场部活动/ Coordinate with marketing team for the event.
2) 渠道销售战略/ Channel sales strategy
a) 制定渠道销售战略方向/ Setting sales strategy
b) 设定适合各渠道发展的产品以及活动/ Setting appropriate product line and promotion for each channel
3) 管理下属/ Team member management
a) 管理下属日常行为、完成个人销量指标/ manage team member behavior, help them to achieve their individual target
b) 关注人才培养、了解下属特点,制定相应的发展计划,协调提供培训,提高下属的综合能力/ focus on team member development, provide training, improve individual ability
大学本科以上,英语熟练,5年以上工作经验,有2年以上管理经验。有财务基础,数据分析能力强,责任感强, 沟通协调能力强,谈判能力、组织协调能力、提案能力。
