The Purpose Of The Job

As a portfolio leader, you will drive the competitive growth of our brand portfolio and product lineup in China market through clear brand positioning and robust product line management. You will be responsible for aligning brand strategies with market needs, optimizing product portfolios, and ensuring sustained market leadership by leveraging deep industry insights, consumer understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.



More about the role

1. Strategic Brand & Portfolio Leadership

Develop and execute long-term brand strategies that define clear, differentiated positioning for multiple brands under the portfolio, ensuring each brand addresses distinct market segments (e.g., premium, mass-market, clinical-focused) and resonates with target audiences (consumers, healthcare providers, distributors).

Conduct comprehensive portfolio analysis to evaluate brand performance, market trends, and competitive landscapes; recommend portfolio adjustments (e.g., new brand launches, product retirements, line extensions) to maximize market share and profitability.

2. Product Line Management & Lifecycle Optimization

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle , from homologation through commercialization to phase-out.

Identify unmet market needs through in-depth market research, consumer insights, and healthcare professional feedback; translate these into actionable product requirements and roadmaps that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

Collaborate with R&D to prioritize product features, ensure timely development milestones, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver core product superiorities.

3. Market Analysis & Business Insight

Perform rigorous market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, and potential threats; provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including market share, sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and product profitability; conduct regular business reviews to assess strategy effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.

Leverage data analytics and consumer segmentation to inform pricing strategies, promotional activities, and go-to-market plans that drive adoption and customer loyalty.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Partner with sales, audiology, operations, and regulatory affairs teams to ensure seamless execution of brand and product strategies, including launch plans, daily product management.

Engage with external stakeholders to gather feedback, build strategic partnerships, and advocate for brand positioning that aligns with clinical and consumer needs.

任职条件

More about you

1.Bachelor's degree or above

2.10+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, consumer health, or related fields).

3.Proven track record in managing multi-brand portfolios and leading product strategies in competitive markets.

4. Project planning and organizational skills

5 Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including proficiency in market research, data analysis.​

6.Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
