- Leading the packing team to provide good quality products in time and complete the required packaging production according to the production plan.
- 指导下属员工进行有效的清洁消毒工作以确定所负责区域良好的清洁消毒状态。
- Guiding the staff to carry out effective cleaning and disinfection work to ensure that the area which is in charge of has one good cleaning and disinfection situation.
- 审核所有当班生产记录确保所有记录的及时，准确和完整。
- Checking all production records to ensure that all records are timely, accurate and complete.
- 负责当班包装数据和问题的总结并执行良好的换班交接。
- Being responsible for packaging and summarize the data and problems on effective shift handover.
- 当班包装效率和得率的分析。
- Analyzing of the efficiency and yield of class packing.
- 发起持续改进项目来改进包装盒干混工艺的质量，效率， 成本和安全。
Initiating continuous improvement projects to improve the quality, efficiency, cost and safety of packaging and dry mixing.
- 有效开展质量偏差调查及时完成整改。
- Carrying out the investigation of the quality deviation and completing the rectification in time.
- 确保当班所有活动符合GMP要求。
- Ensuring that all activities in the class meeting the requirements of GMP.
- 协助部门经理管理易耗品库存的制定并有效控制费用。
- Assisting department managers to manage the stock of consumable goods and controlling the cost effectively.
- 年度目标的制定和执行下属员工绩效的有效评估
- The formulation of the annual target and effective evaluation of the performance of its subordinates.
- 在所管辖区域监督和维护良好的EHS操作和工作环境以确保员工的工作安全。
- Monitoring and maintaining a good EHS operation and working environment in the area under its jurisdiction to ensure the safety of the staff.
- 员工招聘，培训，辅导和发展下属以实现既定战略和目标。
- Employee recruitment, training, mentoring and development of subordinates to achieve strategies and goals
- 建立并保持良好的跨部门关系
- Establishing and maintaining a good cross-sectional relationship.
