Ensure the accuracy of departmental expense utilization plan through the management of departmental expenses and purchase orders.

- 工程日常行政事务处理

Engineering department admin business handling.

- 遵照公司EHS 政策，确保零安全事故发生，消除工作中的危险源和不安全行为。

Fully follow the company’s EHS policies, ensure zero accident and eliminate hazards or unsafety action

- 参与持续改进项目来减少维修成本，增强维修效率。

Participate in continuous improvement project to reduce the maintenance cost, increase maintenance efficiency

主要职责Core Job Responsibilities

- 负责部门费用和采购订单的管理，确保部门费用使用计划的准确性。

Responsible for the management of departmental expenses and purchase orders, and ensure the accuracy of departmental expense usage plan.

- 日常工程部文件、单据管理。

Engineering daily documentation management.

- 独立完成SOP的修改并上传系统。

Independently complete the modification of SOP and upload in the system.

- 支持制备件管理工作，在确保生产零中断的前提下制定最优化的备件库存量。

Support spare parts management work, ensure zero disruption to production while update the inventory information to low the optimum level

- 提出建设性可实施性建议，参与并支持设备可靠性、安全和质量相关的可持续性改进。

Raise advisable suggestions, take part in or dominate the continuous improvement equipment reliability, safety and quality

- 跨部门业务支持

Cross functional business support.

- 完成直线经理安排的其他任务或项目。

Complete other tasks or projects arranged by the line manager.

学历要求Minimum Education

- 大学本科及以上毕业，机械，电气或自动化专业优先。

Bencher or above and major in mechanical, electrical, automation is advantaged

经验/培训要求Minimum Experience / Training Required

- 1年以上工程部门或职能方面工作经验

1 years working experience in engineering

- 有很好的在食品/药品制造行业的GMP和GDP知识和经验

Good practical knowledge of GMP and GDP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing

- 有很好的文件管理方面的知识和经验

- Good knowledge and practice in documentation management

- 良好的团队合作精神，沟通技巧

Team player with imitative, drive, good communication skills

- 能读写英语

Able to read and writing English

- 能熟练使用office类办公软件,有工程制图及编程经验能力者优先

Able to use office software, engineering drawing and programming experience are preferred.
