Job Description

In your new role you will:

1.Be responsible for soldering process(including system soldering) daily sustaining and quality/productivity improvement.

2.Daily DDM, MRB handling, regular document review/update, and process improvement to ensure process stability and contribute next level of quality and productivity.

3. Can use statistical data to analyze the process performance and come out the solution when production is abnormal.

4. Understand process and machine principle, and basic character of material.

5. Know what and how the parameter setting, can find the weakness of process to improve it.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1.Over 3 years working experience on soldering process, able to work under pressure.

2. Good communication skills to establish excellent team working.

3. Good oral and written English for international communications.

4. Strong statistical data analysis ability.

5. Good practice on problem solving tools like 8D, DMAIC.

6. Good Logical and systematical thinking.
