•The talent with strong & rich sales experience to lead ice cream route-to-market strategy, plan and execution

What will be your key responsibilities?

•Lead long term and short term RTM strategy and plan including distributor network, trade incentive, team structure and cost to serve.

•Work closely with ice cream field sales team to ensure the plan is executionable and evolve based on learning.

•Work closely with MW sales team to explore the synergy.
