职位描述

岗位职责 Responsibilities

• Responsible for EHS management across manufacturing sites in Changzhou (two plants).

负责常州(2个工厂)生产制造的EHS管理工作。

• Embody and live up to the company Mission, Values, Success Factors and Leadership Expectations, and communicate these across the EHS team.

代表和践行公司使命、价值观、成功因素和领导力期望,并在EHS团队中进行沟通。

• Ensure full compliance to all applicable Chinese laws & regulations, as well as recognized local standards related to production safety and environmental protection at the Changzhou manufacturing sites.

确保完全遵守所有适用的中国法律法规,以及常州生产现场中与生产安全和环保相关的地方标准。

• Collaborate with employees at all levels to promote a safe, healthy and environment friendly work environment in compliance to national laws and regulations, international standards and best practices, as well as to corporate policies.

通过全员协作,提升符合国家法律法规、最佳实践及公司政策的良好的EHS工作环境。

• Influence site leadership teams and drive safety and environmental leadership through line management.

影响管理层并通过一线管理团队推动安全和环保的管理。

• Set annual EHS targets in alignment to government requirements, global EHS direction and local needs and develop an annual EHS working plan for two sites.

设置符合政府要求、全球EHS管理战略以及本地需求的目标,并为2家工厂制定年度工作计划。

• Collaborate with the global EHS team, share best practices and deploy global procedures, initiatives and training/education programs locally.

与全球EHS团队协作,分享最佳实践经验及实施全球化流程、方案和本地化培训/教育项目。

• Drive standardization of EHS processes/practices and leverage best practices across the manufacturing sites.

推动EHS流程和实践的标准化,在工厂中分享最佳实践经验。

• Manages and coordinates the activities of the EHS team.

管理和协调EHS管理团队的各项活动。

• Sets strategic goals and priorities in accordance to business needs and evaluates subordinate's performance based on those goals and priorities.

根据业务需求设置战略目标和优先级,并依据上述目标和优先级评估团队工作业绩。

• Provides expertise, guidance and coaching to develop the team in technical and leadership aspects.

在专业技术和领导力方面为团队提供专业能力、咨询和指导来培养团队。

• Creates a positive, team oriented and engaging work environment.

营造积极、团队导向和敬业的工作氛围。 

• Responsible for subordinates’ compliance with company policies, regulations and quality systems procedures.

依据公司政策、制度和质量体系流程,为团队的工作合规性负责。



岗位基本信息及任职资格 Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering or related discipline.

本科及以上学历,环境工程、安全工程或相关专业。

• 5+ years of EHS related working experience in a manufacturing plant.

5年以上制造行业EHS相关工作经验。

• Professional training or certification e.g. Certified Safety Engineer, ISO14001 Internal Auditor a plus.

具备专业培训或取得例如注册安全工程师证书,ISO14001内审员资格优先。

• Leadership experience is preferred.

有团队管理经验者优先。

• Experienced knowledge of local EHS regulation and standards.

熟悉当地EHS法规和标准。

• Familiar with ISO 14001.

熟悉ISO14001管理体系。

• Experienced knowledge in production safety management and environmental protection.

具备生产安全和环保知识。

• Must be driven, action-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

须自我驱动,行动导向且具备较强的问题解决能力。

• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.

出色的领导力、组织和人际技巧。

• Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization, as well as train and coach others in safe behaviors and environmental responsibility.

具备与组织不同层级有效沟通的能力,以及在安全行为和环保职责方面培训和教育他人的能力。

• Good proficiency in English (oral and written) a must.

必须具备良好的英语交流能力(口头和书面)。

• A strong display of positive energy and passion for driving improvements in the safety and well-being of others.

• Multinational and relevant experience preferred
