Job Description
In your new role you will:
•Understand Infineon (IFX) Greater China (GC) & external environment omni channel digital landscape and customer behavior and preference.
•Conduct market research, intelligence and analysis to understand the omni channel landscape, customer behavior, and competitor insight in the GC region
•Develop IFX GC Omni channel campaign strategy adapted to local digital environment and collaboration module by aligning with regional and global stakeholders together.
•Design diverse & personalized customer digital journeys in GC based on customer behavior with different purpose by leveraging marketing automation tools such and engaging with customer via different touch points.
•Execute personalized email marketing campaigns based on user requirements across the customer digital journey, including content management, user engagement, and performance achievement, with continuous structural optimization and enhancement.
•Establish a robust measurement framework to track campaign performance, and use data to optimize the strategy.
•Act as product owner to establish GC end-to-end digital marketing campaigns workflow by leveraging relevant digital platform to manage campaign plan, execution and review across all cross-functional stakeholders in GC to combine operational excellence with agility.
•Act as product owner of tag management in GC marketing automation platform to keep single source of truth tag management with unification and standardization
•Stay up to date with the latest omni channel trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the company's digital marketing strategy.
•Collaborate with other DCI colleagues to drive digital synergy and innovation via project based.
•Support other digital marketing related tasks and projects as assigned.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
•Bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, digital platform technology or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant digital platform technology, with a focus on omni-channel campaign strategy and execution or platform technology.
•Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns or relevant digital platform technology know how.
•Strong understanding of the digital landscape in the Greater China region, including consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Excellent presentation and rhetoric skills both in English and Chinese.
•Work experience in international environment and ability to undertake multiple tasks under pressure.
•Understanding of distribution business and semiconductor products is preferred.
