Job Description

In your new role you will:

•Responsible to achieve design-win and revenue target of Automotive Ethernet products in GC region

•Drive demand creation of Automotive Ethernet products in focused applications like ADAS, Zonel Controllers etc.

•Take ownership of GC Automotive Ethernet marketing and pricing strategy and align with Product Line.

•Feedback, support & align with Headquarter on China market and customer needs

•Lead new product definition & proposal, especially to fit China market requirements.

•Supports G2M activities at product or application level by product management

•To initiate innovative ideas or projects and lead the project execution to achieve tangible result

•Lead and drive internal & external team members toward projects design-win and revenue

•Provide product training to customers and distributors

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

•Bachelor Degree or above in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent

•3+ working experience in related field of Automotive Ethernet: Marketing, (Field) Application Engineering, Sales etc.

•Rich knowledge of Ethernet Switch IC and switching architecture, PHY IC, and high speed SerDes (*GMII, XFI/SFI, PCIe protocols

•Good knowledge on hardware structure and design guidelines of embedded system.

•Customer focus and self-motived in resolving complex issues

•Good communication skills and teamwork ability

•Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese

•Flexibility to travel as required, up to 30% of time
