Responsibilities:

Lead feature development including feature study/benchmark/quality FMEA/Feature spec and FTPS.

Lead feature test case and test sign off to deliver program milestone on-time.

Lead and resolve function & cross-functional issue affecting features and functions

Better understanding of feature system develop process.

Be familiar with electronic module functions such as software control logic and algorithm.

Lead feature system develop, test and sign off.

Knowhow about the UX methodology

Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

More than 5 years working experience in relevant area in other OEM or supplier

Highly proactive & able to demonstrate & inspire a 'can do' attitude

Good Team player and has a strong drive to reach the right outcome for the features

Experience on software develop and debug.

Good English communication skills with cross-region team on feature develop and deliver.

Functional / Technical:

Good understanding of the vehicle electrical networks

Deep understanding of software develop/CAN/diagnostics tools

Familiar with feature development and related experience preferred

Basic understanding of Ford GPDS / D&R processes will be preferred
