Ensure that the contracted obligations and returns are consistent with (or represent the best compromise between) Airbus’ industrial, technical, legal or any other constraints or capabilities.
Monitor the fulfilment of Customer obligations and re-negotiate contracts to cope with Customer changing requirements, defaults or contentious issues as they may arise.
Ensure that information concerning negotiated commitments is made available to all relevant Airbus entities liable to fulfill these commitments, and provide advice or clarifications on the background as may be necessary.

Education: Engineer Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Business Administration education or experience would be beneficial.
Experience: multicultural experienced, preferably with several years within an operative business of an airline or in the aircraft industry.
Basic Skills: proficient computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite; native Chinese speaker, fluent in English – written and spoken. French and/or German language knowledge would be beneficial (not essential).
Soft Skills: customer minded; well developed negotiation skills; diplomatic, decision taking, proactive; reliable; good conduct; stress resistant; intercultural awareness; good team player.
