Xin1 Mechanic design engineer

•Responsible for EM magnet, mechanic concept study, requirement analysis and SOR development.

•Responsible for EM mechanic structure design related to EM system including EM housing, A/B shield plate, interface to eAxle reducer.

•Responsible for the EM cooling/lubrication system design

•Responsible for 2D, 3D drawings and process related development.

•Responsible for mechanical simulation (FEA), CFD Simulation.

•Prepare related products such as FMEA, Focus matrix, DRBFM.

•Responsible for technical review and communication with customers and suppliers.

•Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues;

•Master’s degree or above in Mechanic design/Electronics/Electrical, etc.

•Experience in power electronics mech. development for automotive motor controller

•Knowledge on electronics, electrical, mechanics, auto-control

•Basic understanding of automotive components and control system

•Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit

•English written and verbal

•Willingness to work and interact in international teams
