Job Description
In your new role you will:
•Manage the quality related customer complaints with fast response.
•Manage the critical issues that customer focuses
•Manage and coordinate for customer audit / quality visit
•Build and maintain good relationship with customer interfaces in GC
•Support the quality improvement activity with customers
•Manage customer quality satisfaction
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
•Bachelor degree or above in electronic, microelectronics, or related engineering
•10+ years’ working experience in semiconductor or related industry, and 5+ years’ experience customer quality role handling big account.
•Professional knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools (e.g. risk management, FMEA, 8D, 5why, etc.)
•Solid knowledge and rich experiences of semiconductor processes including Front End, Back End and Test)
•It is required to have good problem solving skills and good inter personal skills
•Self-motivated and ability to work independently and under high stress.
•Good spoken / written English is a must.
•Quality audit experience is preferred.
•Know-how on the Si-Mic product is preferred.
