What are we looking for?
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
•5+ Years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries
•Prior Retail Account Management experience
•Fluent understanding of forecasting, Nielsen and trade management system
•Availability to travel 10% of time
•A valid driver's license and clean driving record
What will be your key responsibilities?
•DEVELOP O2O brand marketing strategy and customized channel marketing plans for top accounts(Meituan/ELM/JDDJ/Dmall/Alipay/Tiktok) to drive conversion across DOVE/GUM/MINT categories, and develop annual promotion and activity calendar combined with brand investment strategy to drive business growth, through digital evaluation and continuous improve campaign ROI
•BID IP resource and cross category marketing activations via synergy brand team’s resource and creative agency idea. And excute BPI campaigns landing on O2O platforms to drive offtake target
•LEAD brand portfolio strategy on O2O, to ensure that the product portfolio strategy meets the requirements of each platforms from consumers/ company/ customer dimensions.
•PLAN & CONTROL content/premium/sampling/creative agency budget, make sure deliver annual offtake target within the annual financial shape. Regular review the spending and result with ISV, drive ROI improvement
•BUILD collaboration with x-function team, including Key Account Sales teams, Brand Marketing, Content team, Media team, Finance and facilitate the set-up of projects based working team, work out NPD/ big window/consumer operation etc. solutions
