职位描述

Senior Assistant to General Manager will support GM in daily business topics and strategic projects, reinforce the collaboration within Bosch and advise strategic decision making by systematic analysis. Meanwhile, establish and maintain the relationship between government and enterprise, strive for policy support for enterprise and create a favorable development environment.

1. General Manager's Daily Administrative and Business Support:

1) Meeting Management and Support: Organize and coordinate daily meetings for GM, including schedule planning and management, agenda preparation. Record and compile meeting minutes, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up on key decisions and action plans.

2) Internal Communication and Coordination:Act as a bridge between GM and various departments, facilitating internal communication, task delegation, and progress tracking to ensure smooth collaboration.

3) Business Analysis and Reporting:Collect, analyze, and summarize data for tasks assigned by GM, preparing high-quality reports and documentation. Assist in the preparation of strategic documents, presentations, and other critical materials.

4) Support and assistance for strategic topics: assist GM in formulating business strategies, participate in brainstorming meetings, contribute ideas, and assist in developing strategic plans.

5) Other Support Tasks: Handle other daily tasks assigned by GM, providing comprehensive support to ensure their focus on core business priorities.

2. Government Affairs:

1) Government Relations Establishment and Maintenance: Proactively establish, expand and maintain good relations with relevant government departments.

2) Government Policy Research and Analysis: Proactively study national and local policies related to automotive software, intelligent connectivity, data security, high-tech industries, etc., and promptly provide interpretations, judgments and response suggestions to the management. And actively strive for policy support for enterprise and be responsible for processing.

3) Government Project Application and Management: Identify and track opportunities related to the company's business, such as government-funded projects, qualification certifications, and award applications.

任职条件

Hard skill:

1. Education Background: Bachelor’s degree and above in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Relations, Law, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Woring Experience: 5 years and above experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, or similar role.

3. Preferred Industry: Automotive, software, technology, or related sectors.

Soft Requirements:

1. Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, capable of coordinating resources to complete tasks effectively.

2. Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing.

3. Strong writing skills, with the ability to summarize, organize, and produce high-quality documentation.

4. Proficient in using various office software and digital tools, with strong technical adaptability.

5. Familiarity with AI technology and the ability to apply it flexibly in work.

6. Innovative mindset, with the ability to propose and implement optimization suggestions.
