Job Description

In your new role you will:

•Manage and maintain the official learning platform and internal training systems, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless user experience.

•Provide timely and effective support to the users, answering questions and resolving issues related to the platform and training content.

•Collaborate with business segments to understand their training needs and develop relevant, impactful training programs.

•Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the platform and training programs to both internal and external audiences.

•Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in training and development, and make recommendations for improvement.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

•Experience: Prior experience in training and development, with a focus on managing learning platforms or training systems (or similar responsibilities).

•Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training and collaborate with diverse teams.

•Language: Fluent in written and spoken English for business and training purposes.
