Job responsiblities:
-You as the Associate Business Process lead supports the execution of the global business process excellence strategy roadmap by leading process improvement initiatives to deliver standardization and consistency across the global Procurement footprint.
-You need to conduct internal assessments to define current state processes and identify opportunities for improvement/standardization. The incumbent is responsible for benchmarking industry best practices and providing recommendations.
-You are responsible to the Procurement knowledge management process - Developing/Maintaining supplier profiles, industry data analysis and other relevant reporting (supporting Procurement associates globally).
Qualifications:
-You with 1 or more years of experience working in procurement, supple chain or a related operational function is preffered.
-You with Knowledge of core procurement processes and project management/change management fundamentals. Knowledge of the manufacturing process and mathematical modeling - Desired
-You with Excellent Communication (written/verbal) skills (technical/non-technical) .
-You are a team player with ability to influence stakeholders and you are also self-directing.
-You with ability to work in a very fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
