Key Responsibilities

1. Manage order processing and maintain regular communication with client supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, and resolution of any supply chain disruptions.

2. Develop and maintain analytics and reports to provide OSA, POS sales, stock and service rate tracking.

3. Provide rolling forecasts to support inventory planning and replenishment decisions

4. Host monthly meetings with stakeholders across teams to align on promotional planning, assortment adjustments, and proactively identify and mitigate supply risks.

5. Ensure seamless product information management and catalog synchronization between L'Oréal systems and retail partners' platforms.
