Job responsibilities:

1. Help to provide research, analysis, presentation and support for identifying, evaluating and

resolving new location opportunities within the region

2. Help establish, maintain and update database and information library of existing locations operational data within the region

3. To prepare internal briefing papers and market analysis as required by the BD department

4. To support the BD head in initiating other real estate initiatives within the region

Requirements:

1. Strong analytical skills, familiar with Microsoft software, i.e. Excel & PPT

2. Experience in fashion/FMCG/luxury industry will be preferred

3. Starting ASAP
