技术制作经理是上海迪士尼娱乐演出技术团队的关键领导岗位。技术制作经理负责技术团队的计划和预算管理,包括技术方面的运营、维护和新项目制作。
工作内容:
· 您将管理娱乐演出技术部所有后勤、财务和日程安排等方面;
· 您将开发和跟踪该团队项目的预算和时间表;
· 您将协调所有项目材料、文件和沟通;
· 您将作为财务团队的技术预算联络人,负责预算的跟踪和结束;
· 您将负责按时和按预算交付项目的实施;
· 您将与创意、技术和演出运营团队紧密合作,确保制作过程的顺利进行;
· 您将与其他上海迪士尼度假区业务部门协调和沟通,确保特别活动、新产品或计划和持续运营活动的无缝整合;
· 您将管理技术协调团队,CAD制图团队和现场安全经理团队。
Job Summary:
The Technical Production Manager is a key leadership role for the Shanghai Disneyland Entertainment Technical team. The Production Manager is responsible for the schedule and budget for the technical team, including technical operations, maintenance and new technical production.
Key Responsibilities:
· You will manage all logistical, financial and scheduling aspects of the Entertainment Technical Department;
· You will develop and track related budgets and schedules of the team;
· You will coordinate all project materials, documentation, and communications;
· You will serve as the liaison to the Finance team on technical budgets, tracking, and close out;
· Responsible for on-time and on-budget project delivery;
· You will work closely with creative, technical, and show operating teams to ensure smooth production process;
· You will coordinate and communicate with other Lines of Business at Shanghai Disney Resort to ensure seamless integration of special events, new offerings or initiatives and ongoing operations;
· You will manage the Technical coordinator team, CAD team and Installation safety team.
· 至少6年活动管理或项目制作管理经验;
· 活动管理、项目制作管理和舞台管理相关专业学习经验者优先;
· 有亚洲及中国项目制作经验者优先;
· 全面了解演出开发和制作的各个方面;
· 熟悉灯光、音频、特效、场景和舞台搭建系统;
· 具有开发和跟踪生产预算和进度的能力;
· 拥有较强的计算机操作能力者优先,包括Excel、Microsoft Project、AutoCAD;
· 具备较强的合作和沟通能力;
· 拥有较强的领导和沟通能力,能够与创意和制作团队、其他业务部门、各级管理人员和员工进行有效的沟通和协作;
· 适应在多任务、快节奏和多变量环境下工作;
· 具备较强的影响力和谈判技巧;
· 具备解决问题的能力和优化操作流程的能力;
· 能够提供有效的反馈和分享创造性的新想法;
· 普通话流利,良好的英语听说读写能力。
· Minimum six years of experience in Event Management or Production Management;
· Post-secondary degree in Event Management, Production Management, Stage Management preferred;
· Project experience in Aisa or Mainland China preferred;
· Thorough knowledge of all aspects of show development and production;
· Knowledge of lighting, audio, special effects, scenic and stage set-up systems;
· Demonstrated ability to develop and track production budgets and schedules;
· Strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Project, AutoCAD is preferred;
· Strong partnering and communications skills;
· Strong leadership and communication skills, requiring the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with creative and production teams, other business units, all levels of management and staff;
· Comfortable working in a multi-tasking, fast-paced and multi-variable environment;
· Strong influencing and negotiation skills;
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize operational processes;
· Ability to give effective feedback and share creative new ideas;
· Fluency in Mandarin and good command of spoken and written English.
