scope: Trade MKT & Sales Operation部分工作

Trade investment planning, sales forecast planning and offline trade activity are essential for professional channel to engage customers and make leading impact in the industry. 

Responsibility:

1. Coordinate cross function (sales/NSOP/FIN/SC etc.) teams to enable business planning, performance tracking and expense management.
2. Channel/Trade investment planning and execution
3. Value chain design and management based on trade
4. Sales forecast planning and key KPI tracking
5. Offline trade activity design and execution

Requirements：

1. At least 4 years’ experience，trade Marketing/Sales Planning/Data analysis experience is fundamental.
2. Integrated TM & SOP Acumen and the agility to leverage cross-function resources
3. Strong analysis skills via data and figure out insights and improvement plans
4. Good communication skills to lead cross functions and manage conflicts
5. Passion, agile and quick learner
