• Calibrate and verify fuel cell system related functions,prepare and development reports at Bosch/customer location products entrie lifetime use

• Develop strategies for improving quality, reducing effort and standardization of calibration

• 为提高标定质量，减少开发成本及标准化标定制定策略

• Deal，develop and consult with calibration tools, quality and calibration processes.

• 开发并使用标定工具，实施质量及标定流程

• Join summer- /winter-/ trial tests for vehicle calibration and validation under extreme conditions

• 参加三高（高温/高寒/高原）试验，在苛刻环境下验证功能的可靠性，并且支持客户项目认证

• Work closely with multi-disciplined engineering teams to understand functional requirements and implement

• 与其他工程团队密切合作，了解功能要求并实施适当的控制解决方案

• Support TPM to communicate with other development departments, sales, customer engineering

• 支持技术经理与相关开发、销售部门及客户开发部门进行沟通，以确保标定的质量及安全性。

• Follow Bosch development process, complete & maintain calibration documents

• 按照博世开发流程，完成并维护标定文档

• Master degree or above in Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, electrochemical or equivalent

• 硕士及以上学历，动力、电子、控制、车辆、电化学或相关专业

• Good English in both spoken and written for technical communications，CET6 or above

• 良好的英语沟通能力 (口语和写作)，六级及以上

• Good teamwork, creative mind and self-motivated

• 团队工作、创新思维及积极主动
