Social Platform Expertise: Partner with planning teams to build data-driven insights and client strategies using tools including Douyin Yuntu, RED Lingxi, Alibaba platforms, and other third-party data solutions. Leveraging their features to inform actionable, goal-aligned approaches.
Audience Strategy: Translate clients' campaign briefs into actionable audience strategies across platforms—including but not limited to social channels like Douyin and RED. Partner closely with the operations team to monitor audience performance in real time, iterate on optimizations, and drive measurable lifts in campaign outcomes.
Data Analysis and Modelling: Conduct in-depth analysis of media data, and develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, random forest). These models will be used to predict media investment based on clients’ business KPIs, allocate media budgets to optimize the media mix, and evaluate media performance to improve overall campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration & Support: Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., media planning, client services) to understand data analysis needs, propose the right solutions, and deliver relevant data solutions.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Proven experience in data management, data analysis, or reporting, preferably within a marketing, media, or advertising context.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Preferred Skills:
Ocean Engine Digital Marketing Competence Certification (Senior Level) is preferred.
Experience working at BAT or strong knowledge of Ali Strategy Center & Databank, JD Jiushu & Shufang is a plus.
Familiarity with marketing campaign metrics and digital advertising platforms.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data processing and analysis.
Understanding of statistical concepts and experience with data modeling or machine learning techniques.
